I started Holy Taco because I missed the food I grew up with. I was raised eating real Mexican dishes made fresh every day. After moving to Utah, I couldn't find that same kind of food anywhere nearby. So in 2022, I decided to open a place that felt like home—and that’s how Holy Taco began.
